01Shipping+
Worldwide shipping is offered at a flat $15 USD rate. Each watch is built and regulated upon order in Korea, which usually takes about two days before dispatch. Orders normally travel by EMS Premium Airmail; EMS, FedEx, or another suitable carrier may be used depending on destination and availability.
02Warranty+
Every GON37 includes a one-year limited global warranty. Email us with your order number and a description of the issue for coverage and service guidance.
03Returns & exchanges+
